In our continued search for talent we have embarked on research exercises for our clients to help them further understand trends in the market place to assist us and them in uncovering key talent. We are able to provide full market maps to understand the chain of command and reporting structures within specific organisations. This information can be used as part of an executive search brief or to provide clients with intelligence used in succession planning exercises.
INTERIM
We have developed an extensive network of contacts who are operating at a Senior Executive Level as interims. These individuals have the ability to make an immediate impact to our clients' businesses, and are able to undertake specific business critical projects or ‘hold the reins’ during the identification of an individual.
INTERNATIONAL SOURCING
With the business environment becoming truly global, skills and interfaces reach across the globe. We have found that talent can be successfully sourced on an international basis for clients based within the UK. Business now operates with an international outlook, as such ways of working and skill levels have become comparable. We have embarked on a number of assignments where we have actively targeted internationally based individuals currently living in Europe, America, India and Australasia with a view to relocate them to the UK.
We have also had success recruiting candidates from the UK and relocating them for client operations abroad where they have found significant skills shortages in their home markets.
